FoxglovesI love the deep maroon tones and details within the trumpet of the Foxglove heads. I really enjoyed painting the details and adding tiny yellow flecks that really set the painting alight. I particularly enjoy the architectural aspect of this painting. On the plain background, the shape of the plant stands out. The background makes lovely shapes around the outline of the plant; it’s a bold painting. The print stands out well in any interior situation, yet it doesn’t follow you around the room!
